Returns & Refunds
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect color selection
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Please double-check sizing and product details before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
If approved, we will offer either:
- A free replacement, or
- A refund
In most cases, there is no need to return the item.
Print & Production Variations
Minor variations are normal with print-on-demand products and are not considered defects, including:
- Slight print placement differences
- Small color variations between screen and print
- Minor size deviations
- Embroidery texture/stitch differences
- Temporary garment odor or print pre-treatment residue that disappears after washing
For DTG apparel, print placement may vary slightly (up to 0.5″) due to the production process.
Shipping Issues
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost, please contact us:
- Within 30 days of shipment for US orders
- Within 45 days for international orders
Before reaching out, please:
- Verify your shipping address
- Check with your local postal carrier
If the package cannot be located, we’ll work with our production partner to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Addresses / Failed Delivery
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout are not eligible for free replacement or refund.
If available, we may offer:
- A partial refund, or
- Reshipping at the customer’s expense
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Incorrect address submissions
- Incorrect size or color chosen at checkout
- Minor print placement variations
- Minor measurement differences
- Low-resolution artwork issues inherent to the original design/image
