Easter Island Head. Time Well Spent.
Easter Island Head.
Time Well Spent.

I spotted this giant Easter Island head at a mall in Connecticut. Like you, I immediately wondered what on earth it was doing there. It turns out it sits outside a clock museum.
Luckily, there are quite a few Moai replicas scattered around the United States, so you don’t have to fly all the way to Easter Island—way out in the Pacific Ocean off the coast of Chile—just to see one. That’s good news for your travel budget.
So what does any of this have to do with clocks? You’re probably wondering the same thing I was.
Beats me.
If you find yourself with a little extra time at the museum, you’ve just gotta stop and see this big head. After all, it’s not every day your mall trip turns into an archaeological expedition.
